The new Angel Fire clubhouse was to be the first step in establishing a new precedent of architecture at this mountain resort. The new facility would replace the existing clubhouse, broaden its function and increase building efficiency for daily year-round use. Methods of green building were to be implemented, including recycling of existing material, the integration of sustainable materials and mechanical & ventilation systems.

Inside, the dining area provides seating for up to 500 patrons and bar allowed for expanded hours. Members had exclusive access to a health and fitness spa, expanded office space was available for staff and members and visitors alike could use the theater and game room upstairs. An aquatics center offered benefits to both members and visitors, including an NCAA regulation swimming pool and children’s pool with waterfall.
