This is a design concept for an extreme BMX biker in North Carolina. Requirements for the 3500 s.f. house was that it was to be one-story in height, have at least three bedrooms, an exercise room, space for entertainment, and a four-car garage. This L-diagram allowed for dynamic roof and scupper forms to frame the exterior appearance while serially organizing the flow of interior space. The exterior facade is formed of stucco and copper is integrated within some of the roofing and courtyard walls.
